Course Description
Structure of atom class 11 solutions
The matter has mass and occupies space. Atoms are fundamental structure squares of matter, and can't be chemically subdivided by standard means. The essential terms related to the atom are an atomic number, mass number, electronic configuration, valency, isotopes and isobars. Atomic Number represents the total number of protons present in the nucleus of an atom. Structure of Atom The atomic nucleus in the structure of the particle is made out of a fixed number of protons and the proton attracts in a similar number of electrons subsequently making an atom electrically neutral. To describe the arrangement of subatomic particles within an atom, many models of an atom are proposed.
