1) Aerobics & Zumba : 

Zumba & Aerobics differ in terms of muscle training: Zumba is an exercise that works your whole body. Aerobics, on the other hand, only focuses on each muscle group individually. Zumba & Aerobics differ in terms of weight loss: When you want to lose weight, you need to get your heart rate up.

2) Bollywood Dance :
