Online Guitar Learning Course | Learn to play Guitar

In this learn guitar online course, my aim is to teach you how to play guitar effectively from scratch. I did my best to prepare the guitar lessons step by step, in proper sequence.

The course is mainly divided into 15 sections. The actual practical stuff starts in the 3rd section. Initially, the exercises will sound really simple, but I request you to not skip them or fast forward them. Each and every sentence you say has some intention behind it, which is going to help you further.

It’s like, as a kid, when we try to learn a new language, we are asked to do many such things which do not make sense to us, but when we grow, we start realizing the importance of each small step.

The Guitar course is full of these small steps, which will guide a beginner very well. Having said that, this does not mean it’s not for intermediate guitar players! There are many sections wherein you will feel "bulb on’ moments. And you will find yourself 'connecting the dots’ of your existing guitar knowledge.

The video lessons course answers many basic questions which you might not have come across before. There are courses which say ‘You can play guitar without knowing the scales', but here I won’t lie to you, just to sell my course (LOL). Future guitar guys and girls, we have to accept the fact that there is no long-lasting language without grammar, and in the same way, there is no music without scales.

So the course focuses on explaining how major scales are formed, how the chords related to that scale are formed. And finally, you will be able to not only play chords of your favorite song but also write chords on your own, from scratch, just by listening to the song. Of course, for that, you have to follow the instructions given inside the course.

That’s the magic of knowing and practicing scales and chords. You learn music theory so that you can get or connect almost all the knowledge that one should have to grow as a musician. There are PDF Notes given whenever needed, but still, I suggest making notes of your own in your notebook in your own handwriting, this will print everything inside your brain permanently!

Many of the Indian guitarists teaching on social media (almost 80%) are not following the proper ways for explaining strumming patterns and how to count them, and I feel sad when I see a beginner following them blindly! In case of strumming, “Follow the FEEL” will not work everywhere/every time, guys.

Just saying ‘Down Up Down Up’ without giving the beats, will not convey the exact emotions attached to the strumming pattern. There has to be some proper mechanism to explain it.

To decode it. The course explains it all to you. And of course, further, you have to be a little resourceful and find complex patterns on your own.

The next, very important part is the time signature. You have to understand it if you call yourself a musician. We have explained almost all the time signatures you need till the intermediate level in this course.

In the end, as you become a mature guitarist, we share some tricks and techniques by which you can travel the full fretboard quickly! And the course ends with a few popular tunes' tutorials and how to compose your first tune tips! I feel for guitarists, this course will give enough data/knowledge which can take a minimum of 6 months to digest fully. But let me tell you, you can grow just by investing 15 minutes of daily practice.

We all have once been in love with playing an instrument in our life. With TeacherDada, you can improve your instrument learning skills.

Let's begin with the basics. In order to learn guitar, you must first have the instrument! While many of your decisions will be based on personal taste, here are some factors you should consider when buying your first guitar:

Where to Purchase?

If you are a beginner, you should avoid buying from pawn shops, flea markets, or yard sales unless you are shopping with someone with previous experience of buying guitars. If you have never purchased a guitar before, you might not know what to look for in terms of damage or quality.

As a result, you are best off visiting a local music retailer. A reputable company may also offer online shopping. However, you should always read through the company's return policy.

The price of a guitar

Although some suggest a great guitar costs between $300 and $500, there are plenty of high-quality guitars available within the $100 to $200 price range. Furthermore, "package deals" are available which include not just a guitar, but also essential accessories, like a tuner and gig bag.

Acoustic vs. electric vs. classical guitar:

Even though it can be determined by personal preference, we believe that the acoustic guitar is the best guitar for a beginner. Students and physically smaller individuals may find it difficult to play classical guitars because their necks are wider. Moreover, an electric guitar needs an amplifier to be played, which is sold separately. Beginners enjoy acoustic guitars because of their simplicity, ease of use, and lack of additional equipment required. online course, My aim is to teach you how to play the guitar effectively from scratch. Expert Review

How guitar learning helps:

 1. Memory

Study after study shows that playing the guitar improves gray matter in the brain, thus improving memory.

In addition, the decline in memory power with age is less pronounced. In fact, memorizing chords and patterns act as a good brain workout since you have to memorize them.

You will notice a significant improvement in your memory if you try playing the guitar.

2. Focus

Practicing the guitar regularly may help you focus and expand your attention span. To become an expert guitarist, you need adequate focus.

Become accustomed to focusing and you'll be able to focus better on other everyday chores, too.

You may want to consider buying a pocket guitar if you are a professional guitarist so that you can practice in your spare time or while you are traveling.

3. Coordination between the eyes and the hands

Playing the guitar requires more than reading chords and patterns. To pluck the correct strings, your hands must be able to replicate the patterns on the instrument.

You can only do this if both your hands and eyes work together. You become a better reader when you have this coordination.

4. Leaving Anxiety Behind

It's possible that you are one of those guitarists who gets nervous before a performance, despite your ability to play well.

As long as you play the instrument for yourself, you will be able to get rid of your anxiety. By playing the guitar and expressing yourself, you'll be able to relieve your anxiety. You can also relieve your stress. Plucked a few strings on your guitar in your room.

Despite the fact that it may not sound perfect, it reduces anxiety.

5. Increase Your Confidence

It is not something you can experience as a beginner. However, as your playing skills improve, your performance quality will rise.

You enjoy performing at small venues. People compliment you more and you socialize better.

These experiences boost your confidence and prepare you for speaking in front of large audiences. sections. The actual practical stuff starts from the 3rd section.
