5. Aurobindo

Aurobindo manufactures and markets more than 300 products in more than 150 countries, and is one of India's biggest vertically integrated pharmaceutical companies. In Hyderabad, Telangana, it is also located near Dr Reddy's. In 1986, Mr. Nityananda Reddy and Mr. Ramaprasad Reddy founded the organization, which was initially a single manufacturing unit for semi-synthetic penicillin.

In the current day, Aurobindo develops medications for multiple areas, including neuroscience, gastroenterology, antiretrovirals, cardiovascular, diabetes, and antibiotics.
